Having squandered his years of wandering, the salami ended his sojourn in the teeth of Turtle Bay, across the street from the vagaries of the you know what.
Invited to erect an installation of Martian art, the salmi spent a season in a nearby stadium where the prodigiously prodigal prodigy reduced the furthest farthing to a nickel. Ants beneath the stadium floor labored by night to free the gophers from their humble estate, but the tether of habit resisted the quota of sighs, and the usurpers united in halting the problem at once. The salami knew not what he could not know about the mysteries under the stadium floor, but the installation of Martian art was nearing its day of reckoning in Turtle Bay. Benign intentions got the best of them and took the worst of them to the starlight carnival of serenades. At least the salami had some time to himself and his Martian art.
Having delivered the goods, the salami squandered many more years of wandering before he found his way back once again to the teeth of Turtle Bay–the vagaries of Turtle Bay.
