Reading Ulysses in Montana #286

Curled cahoots of banded fleas waltzed across the fluted gems of Daisy’s last dance.

Daisy, having no needs of her own–nor crabcakes neither–neither danced nor banded the flickering filberts found at the depths of the unknown. Knotted firs, however, fired up the raucous crowd with anthems of blight and fortuitousness, fortuitous fleas having waltzed too far for Daisy’s granny. Granny dropped her car’s tranny and stood along the highway wondering which number would reach Daisy the fastest, but Daisy had long ago changed her number to dissuade a flea-bitten suitor, so granny had to rely on a passing lumberjack to pull her tranny to the side of the road and give her a lift to the local dancehall where the fleas and fellas and Daisy had more fun than a barrel of whiskey.

Unbeknownst to them, the waltz of the sugar plum fairies wove the dance in cahoots with a spell, and granny and the lumberjack lived happily ever after the lumberjack rebuilt the tranny and the wolf ran away with the spoon.

This is really fun… You are amazing. If I write this, could it be understood, because even I am not sure too, “Too beautiful to be true, too extraordinary to be beautiful…” something like that with my perfect English. Thank you, Love, nia

Fortunately, truth is a red herring. No one is really looking for truth, but everyone is looking for meaning, the never-ending quest where the final achievement seems always just out of reach, but tantalizingly present. You would certainly express your own subjective journey to meaning were you to try, regardless of your relative mastery of one language or another.

“Fortunately, truth is a red herring. No one is really looking for truth,….” In here, yes I agree with you, no one is really looking for truth. On the other hand, truth is a red herring…. Not sure about this… “but everyone is looking for meaning,” And yes again, everyone is looking for meaning… But how far meaning and truth from each other?… Truth and meaning… Nice subject. “the never-ending quest where the final achievement seems always just out of reach, but tantalizingly present.” how to true, never-ending quest. “You would certainly express your own subjective journey to meaning were you to try, regardless of your relative mastery of one language or another.” How do you know that I haven’t done it… Thank you, it was a nice to have this short dialogue… Love, nia
