Reading Ulysses in Montana #277

She walk in darkness unlike the light of the newborn world, a world of privilege and delight, but Ginger would throw it all over for one more crack at the Gong Show and its many consolation surprises.

Sizes of zebras could see no further than the farthest star from earth, but which one was farther was still up for further debate. There must be one farthest from earth, mustn’t there? Unless the shape of the universe merrily folds in on itself so the earth is as far from itself as it is from the farthest star. Furthermore, further riddles and farther paradoxes of great pitch and momentum litter and frustrate the most basic attempts at gardening for intrepid interstellar travelers such as Ginger and George. George? George?

One would never guess the whys and wherefores of Ginger walking farther in the further darkness like the light of George’s newborn world, but the farthest star yawned and fell further asleep.

“….Crystal trees blessed with the blue void sea, the incense of dark stars has become a long way, the smell and the bells of all the temples that trembled are hidden like a veil, now if George could take off his Star crater shoes, the signal could be given because he would greet everyone with the big turn and walk barefoot in the blue void sea.. ”

Usually in my mind I write, I thing everything in my own language, but with your stories, coming in English… Then I try to translate to my own language, what did I say…? In another world I should be living.. You inspire me. This is like a hidden puzzle,…or I don’t know. I can’t explain. But I enjoy reading and I also enjoy talking about it afterwards. I don’t know, how to explain.

Thank you dear writer Rick, Love, nia

Have you tried it in your own language? Have you tried mixing the English and your language in unusual ways? You are awesome!

No, Actually English language, I love so much, but never I felt it was perfect, on the other hand, when I left writing in my own language, I started to be in this language. The inspiration doesn’t come in my own language. Also not happening always too. But your writing is interesting and inspires me, words, actions, story coming to my mind and at the same time I share with you. I mean I am not thinking or studying for this, just it comes… someone whispher as if. But I enjoy. Today I shared with my Love, he told me, nia dearest I didn’t understand anything… I smiled. By the way I gave him the passage in my own language… Does it make sense/mean in English language… It doesn’t come nice as your language… I don’t know it is complicated as if. Dear Rick I should say this, Thank you for letting me do these experiments and to share with you. Do you know what I wished, Mr. Joyce to be here and to read all these pages… What would have thought? Ulysses, March 1918 to December 1920, the entire work was published in Paris by Sylvia Beach on 2 February 1922, Joyce’s fortieth birthday. It is considered one of the most important works of modernist literature[3] and has been called “a demonstration and summation of the entire movement” So interesting to meet at these pages… Once again Thank you, And finally I add, I will read again this book after many years then… What will be my Today’s thought I really wonder. Have a nice day and muses, the Sun always be with you. Love, nia
